Production Process

Hot-rolled plate is produced by heating steel billets to a high temperature, usually above 1000°C, and then rolling them through a series of rolling mills. The high temperature makes the steel more malleable, allowing it to be easily shaped into the desired thickness and width. After rolling, the plate is cooled down rapidly to room temperature, either by natural air cooling or by using water cooling systems.

Tensile Strength: The tensile strength of SPHD steel is generally in the range of 270 - 380 MPa. This moderate strength level provides a good balance between strength and formability.

Yield Strength: The yield strength is typically around 180 MPa or more. The relatively low yield strength allows the steel to be easily deformed during the drawing process without excessive springback.

Elongation: SPHD steel has good elongation properties, with an elongation percentage of at least 34% - 38% or more. This high elongation enables the steel to be formed into complex shapes without cracking.

 

Applications

Automotive Industry: It is widely used in the automotive industry for manufacturing various components, such as car body panels, door panels, and fenders. Its good formability allows for the production of parts with complex shapes and high surface quality, meeting the requirements of automotive aesthetics and structural strength.

Home Appliance Industry: SPHD/Q195 steel is also used in the production of home appliances, such as the outer shells of refrigerators, washing machines, and microwave ovens. Its excellent formability and surface quality help to improve the appearance and durability of these products.

Laser Cutting

Laser cutting is a highly precise and efficient material processing technology that uses a high - energy laser beam to cut various materials. The advantage including: high precision, narrow kerf, good surface quality, high cutting speed and versatility.

Our plant equiped with high power (10000-20000W) laser cutting machine, which can cutting thickness from 20-50mm

Flame Cutting
 

Utilizes the high - temperature flame generated by the combustion of a combustible gas (such as acetylene, propane, etc.) mixed with oxygen to heat the metal material above its ignition point or melting point. Then, high - pressure oxygen flow is used to blow away the molten slag, thereby achieving the cutting of the metal. During the cutting process, the metal is oxidized and melted to form a cut.

2.What's the MOQ?
Small orders acceptable, 1 container with different types of steel species is acceptable.
One container can load steels 25-27 tons.

Free samples supplied, transportation fees should be borne by customers, but it can be deducted in the first order.

4.How is the delivery time?
For ready stocks, we can arrange shipment within 1-2 weeks according to the sailing schedule.
For customized steel, we need 20-40 days according to different order quantity and specifications.
