Production Process

Hot-rolled plate is produced by heating steel billets to a high temperature, usually above 1000°C, and then rolling them through a series of rolling mills. Laser Cutting

Laser cutting is a highly precise and efficient material processing technology that uses a high - energy laser beam to cut various materials. The advantage including: high precision, narrow kerf, good surface quality, high cutting speed and versatility.

Our plant equiped with high power (10000-20000W) laser cutting machine, which can cutting thickness from 20-50mm

Flame Cutting
 

Utilizes the high - temperature flame generated by the combustion of a combustible gas (such as acetylene, propane, etc.) mixed with oxygen to heat the metal material above its ignition point or melting point. Then, high - pressure oxygen flow is used to blow away the molten slag, thereby achieving the cutting of the metal. During the cutting process, the metal is oxidized and melted to form a cut.

Small orders acceptable, 1 container with different types of steel species is acceptable.

Free samples supplied, transportation fees should be borne by customers, but it can be deducted in the first order.

For ready stocks, we can arrange shipment within 1-2 weeks according to the sailing schedule.
For customized steel, we need 20-40 days according to different order quantity and specifications.
