Hot Dipped Galvanized Checkered Steel Plates/Coils

Hot dipped galvanized steel sheets are made of high-quality steel substrates, on which a zinc coating is applied. The zinc coating not only provides excellent corrosion resistance but also gives the sheets an attractive appearance with its distinct spangle finish.

We can supply two kinds of galvanized checkered steel plates
1. One is use checkered steel plate (mostly hot rolled steel) as basic metal then process in the huge hot dip galvanizing production line.
2. Use flat GI as basic metal, then use pressing machines to press to checkered pattern.

Galvanized Steel Coil Manufacturing Process
The production process typically involves immersing the cleaned steel sheets into a molten zinc bath at a high temperature. The zinc adheres to the surface of the steel, forming a metallurgical bond. For ready stocks, we can arrange shipment within 1-2 weeks according to the sailing schedule.
For customized steel, we need 20-40 days according to different order quantity and specifications.
